About
I’m Storm, the Director of Triple E Support. After many years working in special schools, I saw firsthand how difficult the transition can be for young people once they graduate. So many lose touch with friends and the sense of structure that school provides, and families are often left trying to fill that gap on their own.
That’s where Triple E began. We wanted to create welcoming social groups for young people aged 13 to 30, where they can stay connected, build independence, and have fun in a safe, supportive environment. Our focus is on helping participants strengthen life skills, confidence, and meaningful social connections, all while feeling valued, included, and empowered.
At Triple E, we’re guided by three key values: Education, Encouragement, and Empowerment. We believe every young person, regardless of ability, deserves the chance to thrive and discover their full potential.
Over the years, I’ve also seen how parents and carers can become overwhelmed by the constant demands of supporting their loved ones. Burnout is real, and it’s something we take seriously. That’s why we aim to create opportunities for family connection and respite, such as parent nights and community events, where families can recharge, share experiences, and feel supported while knowing their young people are safe and engaged.
We’re proud to be a welcoming and inclusive space for all young people, including those within the LGBTQIA+ community. Above all, Triple E is about belonging, helping individuals and families feel connected, capable, and confident in every stage of their journey.
Because everyone deserves a place to belong.
